Tic-tac-toe, also spelled tick tack toe, and alternatively called noughts and crosses, hugs and kisses, and many other names, is a pencil-and-paper game for two players, O and X, who take turns marking the spaces in a 33 grid, usually X going first.
The player who succeeds in placing three respective marks in a horizontal, vertical or diagonal row wins the game.

井字過三關，又名過三關、打井、井字遊戲、井字棋、OX棋、圈圈叉叉，是個紙筆遊戲。
兩個玩家，一個打圈(O)，一個打叉(X)，輪流在3乘3的格上打自己的符號，最先以橫、直、斜連成一線則為勝。
如果雙方都下得正確無誤，將得和局。


圈圈叉叉的英文是noughts and crosses
圈圈是noughts
叉叉是crosses

Tic-Tac-Toe 又稱為 hug and kisses 或 noughts and crosses 或直接叫 O And X game。

是在一個井字形的圖中填 圈圈 和 叉叉，又叫 Zero winner game零和遊戲

因為這個遊戲通常沒有贏家。

您若喜歡，當然也可以叫它 圈圈叉叉遊戲

Tic-Tac-Toe 意思是踮起腳尖走路，悄悄的靠近捉弄的對象後面。
衍生為井字遊戲是因為一定要 趁人分心時才能獲勝。事實上二方都聚精會神的是不會有人贏的。

好久沒學英文囉

1.third wheel 電燈泡
本來的兩人世界猶如腳踏車之兩輪，多一個人在旁邊礙事，猶如腳踏車多了第三個輪子。

2.two's company, three's a crowd 兩人成伴,三人不歡
意思是兩人恰恰好，第三個人來就太擠了，換言之，不歡迎第三個人來當電燈泡the third wheel啦！

3.pat on the back 讚美
拍背本來就是讚美或安撫的肢體語言，換成中文的說法，叫「摸頭」。

4.just the ticket 最適合的東西
ticket是入場所需要的門票，在口語英語中引申為「所需要的東西、必備條件」

5.just what the doctor ordered 正是所需要的
doctor之於病人本就有權威性，所以中文會說「謹遵醫囑」，生命攸關，醫生囑付的東西，是不是就是不可或缺的必需品呢！？


6.carry much weight with somebody 對某人很重要
weight除了重量，也有「重要性」或「重量級人事物」的意思


7.make one's hair stand on end 使某人害怕
就是讓你汗毛直豎

8.tie a knot 結婚
照字面上翻是打結的意思，為什麼口語上可以當結婚呢
相當於中文的「結為連理」，兩個人（家族）從此有了關聯
